laVerdi: Messa da Requiem

The Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi (Symphony Orchestra of Milan Giuseppe Verdi, a.k.a. laVerdi) commissioned LIM a score-following application with audio/score synchronization of the Requiem Mass by Giuseppe Verdi. The software includes six video takes and 24-channel multitrack recording, allowing users to select in real time both the point of view to watch and the filtered audio to listen to.

Synchronization among orchestral score, audio and video takes fully exploits the IEEE 1599 standard and the related technologies developed by LIM.
